Job Description

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to drive key initiatives in employee retention, succession planning, internal movements (promotions, transfers), disciplinary cases, and coaching. This role works closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, enhance employee development, and ensure compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retention: Develop strategies to retain top talent and improve employee engagement. Analyze turnover data and recommend actions.
  • Succession Planning: Collaborate with leadership to identify and develop future leaders. Implement succession plans to ensure talent continuity.
  • Internal Movement: Manage the promotion and transfer process, ensuring alignment with employee career growth and business needs.
  • Disciplinary Cases: Advise on disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Coaching: Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance issues, career development, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 1+ year of HR experience, with focus on retention, succession planning, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
