What Makes This Role Exciting
As an HR Business Partner at CloudPay, you will be a strategic partner to our business leaders, providing comprehensive HR support and expertise to drive organizational performance and foster a positive employee experience. You will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business units, offering guidance on HR strategies, organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
- Talent Management: Collaborate with management on workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, performance management processes, and career development initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law.
- HR Program Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of HR programs and policies, such as compensation reviews, benefits administration, HRIS utilization, and employee engagement surveys.
- Change Management: Support business leaders through organizational change initiatives, providing HR guidance and communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Performance Management: Coach and guide managers on effective performance management practices, including goal setting, performance reviews, and developing performance improvement plans.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR practices and policies adhere to relevant employment legislation, company policies, and best practices.
This role follows hybrid working arrangement with 1-2x RTO/week. Work schedule: Mon-Fri, flexible 9am-6pm.
Experience Needed For This Role
- Proven progressive HR experience, with solid experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, technology, or professional services environment.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Philippines employment law and HR best practices. Proficient in HRIS systems (experience with Workday or similar is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR challenges.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
