Job Objective / Purpose
The HR Asst Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and improving assigned HR processes in RCI and/or assigned subsidiaries. He/she is also expected to lead and manage assigned projects and to work with colleagues across levels within the group to deliver results. He/she will be the functional lead (Center of Expertise) of assigned HR Systems/Processes and will ensure that the same are executed completely in all RCI companies.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager, functionally and administratively. He/she will work with HR Managers / HR Business Partners in all subsidiaries to ensure effective planning and execution of HR processes and systems. This is a managerial position and will lead a team.
