Role Description The HR Associate – Talent Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandaluyong. This role supports the end-to-end talent management lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and engagement of staff and volunteers. The HR Associate will assist in designing and implementing training and development programs that align with the organization's mission and values. Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR records, coordinating HR operations and processes, supporting policy implementation, and responding to HR-related inquiries. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to strengthen organizational culture and ensure a positive, inclusive experience for all team members.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), with practical experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
- Skills in Training & Development, including designing, coordinating, or facilitating learning activities and programs.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain accurate HR documentation, handle confidential information responsibly, and support compliance with organizational policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in non-profit, community-based, or volunteer-driven organizations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
