Job Description

The HR Talent Management Associate is responsible for employee development, engagement, separation management, and workforce monitoring. The role ensures effective training programs, motivation initiatives, and separation processes while maintaining accurate records of employee movement. It emphasizes analytics, compliance, and proactive interventions to sustain organizational performance.

Description Of Specific Duties And Responsibilities

  • Training & Development
  • Conduct training needs analysis and recommend programs.
  • Coordinate internal/external training sessions.
  • Track employee participation and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Maintain training records and competency development plans.
  • Employee Engagement & Motivation
  • Implement employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Support performance management cycles and career development.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and recommend retention strategies.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
  • Separation & Exit Management
  • Monitor employee movement including resignations, transfers, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with separation procedures and exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate attrition and turnover records.
  • Provide reports and insights on workforce stability and risks.
  • Employee Movement Monitoring
  • Track employee lifecycle data from training to separation.
  • Maintain updated workforce dashboards and HRIS records.
  • Provide analytics on training effectiveness, engagement, and attrition trends.
  • Recommend interventions to optimize workforce composition.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field

Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development
  • Experience in workforce monitoring and HRIS preferred

Technical Competencies

  • Knowledge of training, engagement, and separation processes
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
