The HR Associate (Systems) manages and optimizes HR systems to support payroll, compensation, and benefits processes. The role ensures data accuracy, compliance with HR governance policies, and provides HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Mathematics, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, or other similar courses.
- Should have at least 5 years of HR-related work experience, preferably with exposure to payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Should have significant experience in the implementation and use of HR systems, and must be comfortable in handling and analyzing HR data.
- Must have great written and oral communication skills and good analytical skills.
- Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
Job Overview:
- Manage HR systems, i.e. SAP-HCM, SAP-Payroll, SAP Fiori ESS, and SuccessFactors to maximize features and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance of HR users, third-party payroll, and HRIS processors with the company's HR data governance policy.
- Perform HR data generation, analysis, and reporting.
