• Some of the main functions include employment, employment data management, benefits administration, training & development, employee relations, and other tasks that will be given from time to time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration major in HRDM or other related courses
• Preferably at least one year of working experience in the related field
• Has background on full cycle Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Learning/Development programs, and basic HR
• Develop, recommend, and administer programs for the attainment of the company's objectives
