We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate, Talent Development & Acquisition to play a dual role in strengthening our team. This position will be responsible for coordinating and supporting both our company-wide learning and development programs and our end-to-end recruitment and talent management processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for helping others grow and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
- Coordinate the logistics, scheduling, and execution of internal training programs, and workshops.
- Support the development and updating of training materials, presentations, and resources. May be asked to conduct training from time to time.
- Perform the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Support general talent management initiatives, such as performance review cycle logistics; planning and execution of employee engagement activities, and processing requirements of offboarding employees.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role, with exposure to Training/Development and Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Experience developing a competency development framework a plus
- Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement programs
- Knowledge of Instructional design /Designing training / learning management modules
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
