Provides administrative and operational support to the HR department, focusing on tasks like employee record maintenance, recruitment assistance, and payroll support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Records:

Maintaining and updating employee records, both digital and physical, including HR databases.

  • Recruitment Support:

Assisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.

  • Onboarding:

Assisting with the onboarding of new employees, including orientation and providing initial support.

  • Employee Relations:

Handling employee inquiries, providing information on HR policies and benefits, and resolving simple issues.

  • Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with relevant employment and benefits laws and regulations.

  • Reporting: Preparing reports related to personnel activities.
  • Project Support: Assisting with HR projects, including training, surveys, and events.
  • Performance Management: Assisting with the implementation and tracking of performance evaluations.
