HR Assistant Recruitment to support our growing Manila operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and people support in a fast-paced, international work environment.
Role Overview
The HR Assistant Recruitment will support end-to-end hiring activities, ensuring we attract and onboard quality talent to support our business units locally and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Prepare recruitment documents and job offers
- Assist in onboarding and pre-employment requirements
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and HR records
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience
- Experience handling multiple job requisitions
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: 20,000 23,000 per month
