Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Provide information and documentation to staff members as required.
Respond to staff queries via phone, Microsoft Teams, and email related to rental subsidy within the assigned region in an accurate and timely manner.
Process HR actions pertaining to rental subsidy within the assigned area of responsibility, as defined in the HRAU Transaction Approval Matrix, within agreed service levels.
Accurately update HR master data related to rental subsidy in the organizations ERP system, as required.
Follow up regularly with staff members to provide updates and remind them to complete requirements to meet service level timelines.
Escalate complex cases and technical issues to the Team Lead for resolution.
Process rental subsidy for staff in the Professional category and submit to the relevant Team Lead for validation.
Monitor recurring actions, anticipate rental subsidy requests and extensions, and proactively follow up with staff as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications And Experience
Education
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience; or
High school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience
Experience in Human Resources management and personnel administration.
Experience using an ERP system.
Experience in an international, non-government, or government organization in a multicultural setting is an advantage.
Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of HR procedures and rules is an asset.
Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
