Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Assistant Manager to support the overall Human Resources function. This role is responsible for assisting in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, policy implementation, and people development initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of handling both strategic support and day-to-day HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, job offers)
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire documentation
  • Ensure smooth employee integration into the company
  • Employee Relations
  • Support handling of employee concerns, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
  • Assist in engagement activities and employee programs
  • HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records (201 files, contracts, HRIS if applicable)
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee movements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Performance & Development
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Help track performance improvement plans
  • Policy Implementation & Compliance
  • Support communication and enforcement of company policies
  • Assist in audits, documentation, and HR reporting
  • Ensure HR practices align with legal and organizational standard

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 58 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and employee relations
  • Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
