JOB DESCRIPTION
Training Design, Development and Implementation
- Consolidate identified training/learning needs for EDD divisions created from Training Needs Analysis.
- Design and develop training programs based on the results of TNAs.
- Schedules training programs as resulted from the Training Plan
- Ensures completion of all needed training logistics to ensure the smooth flow of implementation (e.g., food, snacks, coffee setups, materials/activities, room reservations, etc.).
- Monitor the completion of different L&OD trainings and programs.
- Prepare post training reports and associated analytics (e.g., attendance sheets, evaluation forms, learning checks/quizzes, training evaluation summaries, training database).
- Ensure upkeep and maintenance of training logistics and equipment.
- Coordinates with external training providers on the end-to-end requirements and deliverables (i.e., registration, payment processing, monitoring of completion, etc.)
Performance Management
- Assist in the creation of promotion board materials.
- Coordinating with different point persons for the needed information for promotion boards.
Expense Management
- Liquidate and process receipts from L&OD-related expenses
- Monitor all expenses to ensure all are within the approved L&OD budget
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS Psychology/HRDM or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are highly encourage to apply
- Willing to work at Pasay City
