Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Training Design, Development and Implementation

  • Consolidate identified training/learning needs for EDD divisions created from Training Needs Analysis.
  • Design and develop training programs based on the results of TNAs.
  • Schedules training programs as resulted from the Training Plan
  • Ensures completion of all needed training logistics to ensure the smooth flow of implementation (e.g., food, snacks, coffee setups, materials/activities, room reservations, etc.).
  • Monitor the completion of different L&OD trainings and programs.
  • Prepare post training reports and associated analytics (e.g., attendance sheets, evaluation forms, learning checks/quizzes, training evaluation summaries, training database).
  • Ensure upkeep and maintenance of training logistics and equipment.
  • Coordinates with external training providers on the end-to-end requirements and deliverables (i.e., registration, payment processing, monitoring of completion, etc.)

Performance Management

  • Assist in the creation of promotion board materials.
  • Coordinating with different point persons for the needed information for promotion boards.

Expense Management

  • Liquidate and process receipts from L&OD-related expenses
  • Monitor all expenses to ensure all are within the approved L&OD budget

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Psychology/HRDM or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are highly encourage to apply
  • Willing to work at Pasay City
