Job Description

As an HR Assistant for Employee Relations, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our team members feel valued and heard. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist in HR reporting
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and support professional development programs
  • Attend Hearing in DOLE if needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
