Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year full-time experience in HR role
  • Proficient in using job portals

Technical & Computer Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledgeable in using Canva for creating recruitment materials, job ads, or internal HR visuals
  • Tech-savvy and can be easily trained in various computer programs and systems

Soft Skills & Other Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Can work independently or as part of a team
  • Professional, trustworthy, and maintains confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative

Job Responsibilities

  • Post job vacancies in various recruitment platforms
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interview and background checking.
  • Prepare job offer letter and list of pre employment requirements to be submitted.
  • Monitor the status of pre-employment requirements of selected applicant.
  • Facilitate onboarding, orientation and contract preparation for the newly hired employee.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in timekeeping and tracking of attendances
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
