Job Description

  • Human Resources Functions

Team Supervision

  • Supervise and guide the HR and Admin team.
  • Monitor staff performance and
  • provide coaching and support.
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Employee Records Management (201 Files)

  • Maintain and update employee 201 files.
  • Ensure all employee records are complete, organized, and confidential.
  • Monitor employment documents such as contracts, evaluations, and disciplinary records.

Timekeeping and Payroll Support

  • Oversee daily timekeeping and attendance monitoring.
  • Validate timesheets, overtime, and leave records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate salary computation.

Government Benefits Administration

  • Process and monitor employee benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory
  • requirements.
  • Ensure timely remittance and compliance with government regulations.
  • Assist employees with benefit claims and inquiries.
  • Administrative Functions

Travel and Accommodation Management

  • Handle flight bookings and hotel
  • reservations for employees and management
  • Coordinate travel itineraries and ensure cost-effective arrangements.

General Administrative Tasks

  • Oversee office supplies and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain office organization and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and issue company identification (ID) cards for new and collected bank accounts to employees.
  • Prepare reports and handle internal communications.
  • Implement and monitor asset tagging for all company equipment, tools, and office assets.

Procurement Support (Warehouse Coordination)

  • Assist office and warehouse operations with purchasing and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor purchase requests and ensure timely processing.

Vehicle and Fleet Management

  • Manage truck insurance, permits, and vehicle registrations.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance, including alignment and servicing.
  • Coordinate company car bookings for the Luzon area.
  • Maintain records of vehicle usage and compliance documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and administrative supervision.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and government statutory benefits.
  • Experience in payroll and timekeeping systems.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
