Role Overview
The Human Resources and Admin Manager leads and manages all HR and administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR initiatives and administrative operations with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Design strategic workforce plans aligned with business objectives
- Develop talent forecasting models for workforce trends, skill gaps, and succession planning
- Collaborate with department heads to assess hiring needs
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Cultivate relationships with external recruitment partners
Learning & Development
- Align L&D programs with business strategy and talent goals
- Oversee training coordination, execution, and budget allocation
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend innovations
Career Management & Succession Planning
- Implement employee development plans and career paths
- Develop succession plans using learning metrics and performance data
Performance Management
- Manage the performance evaluation system and real-time productivity tracking
- Analyze workload reports and approve performance-based rewards
Employee Engagement
- Design and execute engagement programs and company events
- Monitor engagement budgets and present analytics to leadership
Employee Relations
- Develop and communicate HR policies
- Lead disciplinary investigations and enforce policy compliance
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
- Review and update HMO and other benefit policies
Offboarding
- Manage exit processes and analyze exit interview data for retention strategies
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Monitor regulatory updates and oversee government reporting
Workplace Operations (Admin)
- Oversee office operations, facilities, and logistics
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure workplace safety compliance
- Coordinate travel arrangements and corporate events
- Plan and manage administrative budgets and resources
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration
Experience
- 810 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven expertise across multiple HR functions and administrative operations
- Client Management/Engagement experience.
- Consulting industry experience is a MUST.
- Data Analytics and Reporting experience is a must.
