CLIENT BACKGROUND:Telco company (a newly established entity entering the Philippine market)

POSITION: HR & ADMIN MANAGER (generalist)

JOB LOCATION: J.P. Rizal Avenue, Brgy. Olympia, Makati City

WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

SALARY BUDGET: 50K to 120K per month (offer commensurates on experience | non-negotiable), plus other benefits

JOB SUMMARY: The HR & Admin Manager (HR Generalist) will lead and manage all human resources and administrative functions in support of the organization as a newly established entity entering the Philippine market. This role is critical in setting up HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor laws from the ground up. Acting as a strategic partner to leadership, the HR & Admin Manager will help build the organizational foundation, shape workplace culture, and ensure smooth operations as the organization establishes its presence in the country.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field
  • Professional Experience: At least (3) years in both HR and administrative roles
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing HR and administrative teams and leading HR initiatives
  • Core Skills: Recruitment & talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR policy development, compensation & benefits, performance management, compliance with labor laws, general administration, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Work Arrangement: Must be willing to work full-time and onsite in Brgy. Olympia, Makati City
