- Support onboarding of new employees
Payroll & HR Administration
- Prepare payroll data
- Track employee contracts
- Maintain HR records
- Track leave and benefits
- Coordinate with accounting
Internal Organization
- Help structure internal processes
- Maintain workflow documentation
- Track tasks and follow-ups
- Help improve internal organization
Company Activities
- Organize team activities
- Support internal communication
- Help maintain positive company culture
Executive Support
- Assist leadership with internal coordination
- Handle confidential matters
- Support company projects
Systems & AI Tools
