What's The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to strengthen our HR Operations team. In this role, you will ensure the flawless execution of core HR transactions—maintaining accurate employee data, supporting time and absence processes, and preparing essential documentation that underpins a seamless employee experience. By collaborating closely with HR colleagues, you will safeguard compliance and data integrity while building a strong foundation in HR systems and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the point of contact for employee and line manager queries for Time, Reward, Exit - supporting end to end case ownership and resolution
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by updating employee records in HR systems, enabling reliable reporting and informed business decisions.
  • Deliver smooth time and absence management by maintaining leave quotas, work schedules, and holiday calendars, supporting employee flexibility and clarity.
  • Safeguard compliance and payroll accuracy through data validation and timely updates,
  • Support organizational changes effectively by processing job data updates such as promotions, downgrades
  • Create positive employee experiences during moments that matter by managing documentation and payments with precision and care.
  • Maintain trust and transparency by preparing and other essential documentation promptly and accurately.

What You Bring

We are seeking an HR professional who combines accuracy and accountability with a passion for operational excellence. You should have a solid understanding of HR processes and systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

Skills & Competencies Required Include

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in HR operations or shared services environment preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Shell People, and Salesforce are an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
