POSITION OVERVIEW: Dwell Vacation Rentals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations across multiple markets, including Hilton Head, Edisto, and Myrtle Beach, SC. This role will focus on onboarding, employee records, and HR coordination in partnership with our Professional Employer Organization, FrankCrum. The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting a high volume of new hires while helping bring structure and consistency to HR processes as the company continues to scale.
PRIMARY DUTIES: Coordinate and execute onboarding for all new hires, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time.
- Partner with the PEO to support employee setup, benefits enrollment, payroll coordination, and employee updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Track PTO, employee leave, and required training, including safety and compliance-related programs.
- Assist with recruiting efforts including job descriptions, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Support the hiring process from offer through onboarding to ensure a smooth employee transition
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and provide general HR support.
- Help standardize onboarding, training, and HR processes to support company growth.
- Maintain organized HR documentation within SharePoint.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HR, administrative, or operations support
- Experience working with a PEO preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)
