Job Title: HR Compliance Administrator

Job Summary
The HR Compliance Administrator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of all People Services compliance activities. This role is responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate HR data, and ensuring compliance across the organization. The HR Compliance Administrator also contributes to delivering an excellent experience for employees and managers seeking support from People Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the People Operations team with administrative tasks to ensure completion within agreed SLAs.
- Use the HR Case Management System (Jira) to manage and track HR administrative tasks.
- Conduct regular auditing of employee files to ensure Group-wide compliance.
- Process probation forms and support related follow-up actions.
- Complete Right to Work checks and DBS checks.
- Manage weekly and monthly compliance checks to maintain data integrity.
- Process various reference requests (employment, visa, rental, ILR).
- Handle PCNs/NOIPs and other absence-related documentation.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data in the HRIS (iTrent), in line with authorized requests, company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Participate in People Services projects aimed at improving automation, data control, and HR systems.

Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Previous administrative experience with the capability to start quickly and manage tasks effectively.
- Experience working within a team and meeting required KPIs.
- Practical understanding of business processes.
