Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in HR, Admin, or related role (fresh graduates may be considered depending on company policy).

- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Assist in job posting and sourcing of applicants
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate with applicants and hiring managers
Maintain applicant database
Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain and update employee 201 files
Prepare employment contracts and HR documents
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping
Timekeeping and Attendance
Assist in monitoring attendance and DTR
Help process leave applications and overtime records
Coordinate with payroll regarding attendance issues
Onboarding and Offboarding
Assist in new employee onboarding and orientation
Prepare onboarding materials and requirements
Process clearance and exit documents for resigning employees
HR Administration
Assist in HR-related inquiries from employees
Prepare HR reports as needed
Assist in company events and employee activities
Coordinate meetings and HR-related schedules
Support HR policies and compliance
General Administrative Support
Handle emails and HR correspondence
Assist in procurement of office supplies when needed
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
