Job Title: HR & Admin Intern

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to support our Manila office in day-to-day administrative and human resources tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and office administration, while also providing exposure to global HR processes byassistingthe UK HR department when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistinmaintainingand organizing employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
- Help with onboarding processes for new hires (preparing kits, orientation scheduling).
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Assistin preparing HR reports and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams for employee engagement activities and events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide support to the UK HR team for tasks such as document preparation, data consolidation, and compliance-related activities whenrequested.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Internship Details:
- Duration:36 months (flexible based on academic requirements)
- Work Setup:On-site at Manila office
- Allowance:PHP 100 per hour
- Start Date:January
