Sales Executive (Silang, Cavite)

Job Summary

The Hotel Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the hotel's rooms, banquet facilities, and other services. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, maximizing occupancy, and strengthening the hotel's market presence through corporate, group, and event sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, government accounts, etc.).
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Upsell hotel rooms, function spaces, catering services, and packages.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
  • Handle inquiries, negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding event details and accommodation requirements.

3. Market Research & Monitoring

  • Monitor competitors rates, promotions, and market trends.
  • Identify potential markets and recommend sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.

4. Coordination & Event Support

  • Work closely with Operations, Front Office, and Banquet teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
  • Conduct hotel site inspections and familiarization tours for clients.
  • Assist during major events to ensure service delivery meets expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales or related sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel reservation systems (preferred).
  • Results-driven and able to work under pressure.
