Senior Hospital Sales Specialist

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join our expanding field force as the primary link between Philcare Pharma and key healthcare decision-makers driving product adoption, formulary inclusion, and revenue growth across your assigned territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote Philcare's specialty pharmaceutical portfolio to physicians, pharmacists, and hospital procurement teams

Build strategic relationships with KOLs, department heads, and formulary committee members

Execute territory business plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Conduct professional product presentations, medical detailing, and in-service training

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and hospital formulary dynamics

Maintain accurate call records, territory analytics, and pipeline reports via CRM

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business, or related field

210 years proven track record in pharmaceutical, medical device, or hospital sales

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling skills

Ability to manage key accounts independently and deliver against targets

Preferred

Experience calling on ICU, OR, and critical care departments

Familiarity with hospital formulary processes and PhilHealth reimbursement

Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce)

Fresh graduates with a strong science background and passion for healthcare sales are welcome to apply.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Monthly Salary:25,000 60,000 (depending on Job Grade (H1/H2/H3)

Fixed Monthly Allowance:10,000 20,000 (no lliquidation required)

Mobilization:Upon regularization (H1), immdiate upon joining for H2 and H3

HMO (Medicard):Upon regularization (H1), immediate upon joining for H2 and H3 + 1 dependent coverage upon regularization

Sales Incentives:Uncapped performance-based earning potential
