Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for connecting with people and driving results We're looking for a Home-Based Telemarketer to support our U.S.-based client in managing customer relationships, generating leads, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you'll make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and maintain accurate customer data to help our client's business grow.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Managing leads, creating and updating opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM data.
  • Calling provided leads, upcoming job sites, and existing clients
  • Gathering project details (start dates, contacts, scope) using ZoomInfo
  • Accurately pass qualified opportunities to sales representatives
  • Provide basic pricing or quotes when appropriate using approved guidelines
  • Calling existing customers to promote additional services beyond dumpster rental
  • Identifying and researching new contacts using ZoomInfo and defined target markets
  • Sending outbound emails during off-peak hours using provided scripts
  • Assisting with refining and creating call and email scripts

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Telemarketing role.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in using ZoomInfo, with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, data tools, and email platforms
  • Texas market experience strongly preferred
  • B2B outbound calling background required
  • Intelligent, articulate, and able to think on their feet on live calls
  • Confident communicating with U.S.-based clients

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - 40,000
  • Industry: Recycling and Dumpster Rental
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM CST (USA)
  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
