Full Job Description:

Kredo Japan is looking for an experienced ESL Teacher to join our team. After submitting your application, completing the interviews and demo teaching stage, you will be considered for future part-time and/or on-call teaching opportunities on a per schedule basis. As schedules are created on an as needed basis, there will be no guarantee of hours from week to week.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain environment conducive to student learning.
• He/she will be assigned to several classes to be determined and assigned by the Employer, teaching ESL classes through one of the curriculum offered by the company
• Prepare for and instruct assigned course(s) through the use of appropriate learning experiences and materials which provide the opportunity to meet overall course objectives and program goals.
• Adhere to course syllabus and comply with Assessment of Student Academic Achievement.
• Maintain levels of professional knowledge and expertise, including compliance training.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least one year experience in ESL industry
• Excellent Communication skills
• Must have own work-from-home equipment
• Stable internet connection with backup in case of downtime
• Good working environment ideal for meetings
• Competent in the use of the following virtual platforms: Zoom and/or Google Meet
• Broad overall knowledge and experience in the use of computer, audio, and video technologies

General Hours of Availability:

Weekdays- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PHT

Weekends-9:00 am to 6:00 pm PHT

Compensation:

Php 100 / 50-minute class (regular: weekdays 9am to 6pm)

Php 147 / 50-minute class (special: weekdays - night class, weekends 9am to 6pm, group class and working on a holidays)
