Role Description

The Hiring CSR - Travel Account Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Cebu. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and ensure customer satisfaction for travel-related accounts. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts, addressing customer needs, and delivering accurate and timely solutions to enhance client relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and attention to detail
• Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
• Onsite availability in Cebu
