Answering incoming calls from customers

Resolving customer inquiries/requests

Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

What are we looking for

College Graduate - No Experience Needed

(or) 2nd year College Undergraduate with 6 months Call Center Experience

Good to Excellent communication skills
