Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hemodialysis Nurse role. We will choose from one of our centers that is the closest to you! The Hemodialysis Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to dialysis patients, including performing hemodialysis procedures, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure effective treatment. Additionally, the nurse will educate patients and their families on dialysis care and treatment plans, ensuring a high standard of guest care.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitates the overall traffic and organization within the hemodialysis unit for the entire shift.
• Acts as a leader in the treatment area during the time of duty
• Serves as facilitator/preceptor to less experienced staff in the facility
• Operates hemodialysis machines starting from preparation up, but not limited to HD procedure termination whenever necessary
• Assures the continuity of care to the clients by proper monitoring, documentation and communication to all the members of the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Hemodialysis and Dialysis procedures
• Nursing skills with a focus on patient care and safety
• Understanding and experience in Medicine and Nephrology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Registered Nurse (RN) license is required
• Registered Nurse with 1 year or more hemodialysis experience
• Experience working in a dialysis center or similar healthcare setting is preferred
• Ability to maintain a professional and compassionate approach to patient care
• Willing to start immediately
• Willing to be deployed in NCR or in any nearby provinces
• Note: Salary is based on the years of hemodialysis experience
