About the role
The Helpdesk Support (Mandarin-Speaking) provides frontline support for workplace-related concerns, focusing on administrative and facilities services. This role ensures smooth office operations by assisting both local and Mandarin-speaking employees with requests related to workspace, maintenance, and general services.
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all admin and facilities-related concerns
- Assist Mandarin-speaking employees with requests, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Manage and monitor tickets for issues such as:
- Workspace/seat allocation
- Meeting room reservations
- Housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Office equipment and supplies
- And other Facilities related concerns
- Coordinate with Admin Team (cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.) for timely resolution
- Ensure closure of requests within agreed service levels (SLA)
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide status updates to requestors
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of requests and resolutions
- Assist in office inspections, audits, and 6S implementation
- Prepare, generate, and submit reports as required by the client, including helpdesk performance, service request trends, and compliance reports
- Analyze recurring issues and provide recommendations for process improvement, aiming to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Perform other tasks from time to time as assigned by management or the client to support office operations
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 1–2 years experience in Admin, Facilities, or Helpdesk support
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (required)
- Strong coordination and customer service skills
- Experience in handling vendors and office operations is an advantage
