Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid Help Desk Officer role, based in Manila with some opportunities to work from home. The Help Desk Officer will be responsible for providing technical, customer, and help desk support to clients. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, documenting support incidents, and coordinating with other technical teams to ensure effective resolution. The position demands exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction and support seamless IT operations.
