Job Title: Healthcare Talent & Client Acquisition Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW:

The client is seeking a driven Healthcare Talent & Client Acquisition Specialist to lead full cycle permanent placement efforts within California healthcare facilities.

This role owns the entire placement process from identifying and securing partnerships with Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, infusion centers, and other providers to sourcing, screening, and matching qualified nurses and allied healthcare professionals.

This is a growth focused role ideal for someone who thrives in an agency style recruiting environment and is motivated by performance and successful placements.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Acquisition and Facility Outreach

  • Identify healthcare facilities with active nursing and allied health openings through Indeed and other job platforms
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and Hiring Managers
  • Present Synergy's permanent placement model and payment plan structure
  • Build long term vendor relationships with facilities
  • Track outreach activity and maintain organized pipeline records
  • Set realistic hiring timelines and manage facility expectations

Talent Acquisition and Matching

  • Source, recruit, and pre screen RNs, LVNs, CNAs, Caregivers, and allied healthcare professionals
  • Maintain an active pipeline of ready to place candidates
  • Verify licenses, certifications, and credentials
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and facilities
  • Manage placement process through offer acceptance
  • Ensure smooth onboarding coordination

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 to 5 plus years of healthcare staffing or agency recruiting experience
  • Experience placing nurses or allied health professionals in permanent roles
  • Strong outbound calling and relationship building skills
  • Comfortable engaging facility leadership and decision makers
  • Knowledge of California healthcare hiring requirements preferred
  • Highly organized and able to manage both client acquisition and recruiting pipelines
  • Self motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Results driven with a performance and commission mindset
