We&aposre hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Healthcare Sourcer to support our healthcare staffing team. You&aposll play a key role in identifying and qualifying top nursing talent for travel, acute care, and ambulatory assignmentsensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source nurses for hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory care settings
- Screen candidates based on specialty and client-specific criteria (ICU, ER, OR, etc.)
- Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality standards
- Use ATS platforms for Boolean searches, pipeline tracking, and engagement
- Submit qualified candidates with complete documentation
- Stay updated on licensing and credentialing requirements
- Adjust sourcing strategies based on market trends and client feedback
Schedule
Monday-Thursday, 8AM - 6PM EST Friday, 8 AM - 5PM EST
Mon-Thu 8PM - 6 AM (next day) PHT
Fri 8PM - 5AM (next day) PHT
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience sourcing for healthcare roles (travel nursing or acute care preferred)
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions and meet deadlines
- Fluent in written and spoken English
