Role Overview

The RPO Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for a US-based healthcare client under Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement. This role requires a results driven recruiter with hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for US healthcare roles, and the ability to operate effectively on a night shift schedule aligned with US business hours. The ideal candidate brings at least 6 months of US healthcare recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to deliver quality hires within tight timelines in a fast-paced, client-facing RPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned US healthcare requisitions, from intake through offer and onboarding handoff.
• Partner with the client's hiring managers to understand role requirements, must-have qualifications, and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidates clinical or professional qualifications, licensure, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and client hiring teams across US time zones.
• Extend verbal offers and support the offer negotiation process in line with client guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 6 months of US healthcare recruitment experience is required.
• Experience recruiting for clinical and/or non-clinical healthcare roles (e.g., nursing, allied health, healthcare administration) strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in an RPO, staffing, or agency recruitment environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet hiring targets.
