We are looking for a passionate Healthcare Recruiter with proven experience sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes for organizations within the Senior Living and Home Health Care industries.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job openings and attract candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, social media, referrals, databases, networking, and Boolean search techniques.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and orientation activities.
• Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with candidates.
• Verify licenses, certifications, work experience, and required documentation.
• Keep candidate records and recruitment documentation updated within the ATS.
• Support workforce planning initiatives.
• Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and related activities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Healthcare Recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for Home Care, Senior Living, Agencies, Healthcare Providers, or related healthcare environments.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Advanced English proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluations.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, Nurses, Healthcare Coordinators, or Senior Living professionals.
• Knowledge of Credentialing, Employment Verification, and Healthcare Compliance processes.
• Experience coordinating onboarding activities.
• Advanced Boolean Search expertise.
• Experience in Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding.
