Healthcare Recruiter (US) - URGENT HIRING

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and support US healthcare recruitment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
• Proven experience sourcing and recruiting US-based healthcare professionals
• Strong background in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer/onboarding
• Experience handling healthcare roles such as Nurses, Allied Health, Physicians, or other healthcare professionals is preferred
• Proficient in LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean Search, and other sourcing tools
• Strong candidate engagement, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience in US staffing, RPO, recruitment agency, or BPO is an advantage
• Willing to work on a US shift/night shift
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City, transitioning to hybrid (3x onsite) after 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified US-based healthcare candidates
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews
• Build and maintain an active healthcare talent pipeline
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
• Partner with the recruitment team to meet hiring requirements and recruitment targets
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates
