Previous professional experience in ABA is required.

What You'll Do

• Recruit RBTs, Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, and other ABA professionals for open positions.
• Review applications and manage candidates throughout the hiring process using our ATS.
• Conduct interviews to understand candidates experience, qualifications, availability, and career goals.
• Use your ABA knowledge to evaluate candidates and identify strong matches for available roles.
• Manage a high volume of interviews, confirmations, rescheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
• Match qualified professionals with opportunities based on their skills, location, availability, and experience.
• Keep candidate records, interview notes, and hiring information accurate and up to date.
• Maintain timely communication and ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the process.
• Partner with recruiting and operations teams to support staffing goals and hiring needs.

What You'll Bring

• Professional experience in ABA is required.
• Experience working with or recruiting RBTs, Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, or other ABA professionals.
• Experience in recruitment, interviewing, staffing, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ABA roles, qualifications, and the needs of professionals in the field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of candidates and competing priorities.
• Strong follow-up skills and a sense of urgency.
• Experience using an ATS or recruiting tools.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and learn new systems.
