About the Role

We are looking for a Healthcare Provider Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team and support the hiring of healthcare providers across the United States.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting Psychiatrists, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs) and can proactively source candidates through headhunting and advanced search techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and source U.S.-based healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Use Boolean Searching and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Perform headhunting and direct outreach to active and passive candidates.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct phone screens to assess experience, licensing, availability, compensation, and fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
• Track candidates and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Support candidates through offers and onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of U.S. healthcare recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Physicians, Psychiatrists, NPs, or PAs.
• Strong Boolean Searching skills.
• Proven headhunting and passive candidate sourcing experience.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or similar platforms.
• Strong English communication and phone screening skills.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours.
• Reliable internet and a suitable remote-work setup.
