Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and support talent acquisition across the EMEA region.

In this role, you'll connect with healthcare professionals, build strong talent pipelines, and manage candidates from initial sourcing and screening through endorsement. If you enjoy finding the right talent, engaging candidates, and working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Source and engage healthcare professionals through job boards, referrals, social media, and candidate databases.
Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
Review resumes and relevant credentials against position requirements.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Endorse qualified candidates with clear and concise screening notes.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
Manage multiple requisitions while meeting quality and turnaround expectations.
Keep candidates engaged and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Partner with recruitment stakeholders and provide regular updates on pipeline progress.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of healthcare recruitment experience supporting the EMEA region.
Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates for healthcare positions.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Hands-on experience with job boards, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with recruitment stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

Recruitment experience within life sciences, clinical research, or specialized healthcare roles.
Familiarity with healthcare talent markets and hiring practices across the EMEA region.
