To provide an efficient, professional, and compliant Recruitment service to all healthcare applicants, through various stages of the recruitment journey.

You will be one of the first point of contact and representative to potential candidates looking to join us. Your confidence, persona, and natural ability to build relationships will be key in role modelling our company values and attracting candidates to be part of the team.

Has exceptional communication skills to engage key stakeholders accordingly (internally & externally).

Is seen as the key point of contact for all new healthcare and nursing applicants to resolves issues and queries with ease.

Support healthcare and nursing applicants through the application and induction process including technical support in relation to our HFGo app.

Lead, manage and support a strong pipeline and movement of healthcare & nursing applicants through the recruitment process within a timely manner.

Promote organizational benefits, assess applicant skillset and organizational suitability through the interview process, ensuring necessary documentation and regulatory requirement captured during the interview.

With our organizational values at the heart, confidently and accurately make quantifiable quality decisions throughout the recruitment process.

Competent and knowledgeable in all legal compliance and know where to research recent legislative changes i.e. gov.uk, right to work requirements etc. and work within organizational policies and processes.

Ensuring you are completing all recruitment activities in line with our recruitment policy and compliance responsibilities; including DBS/PVG (criminal record checks), Right to work and referencing with all required paperwork attached to applications and completed with 100% accuracy.

Achieve and exceed all KPIs set, including but not limited to new starters made active, made active conversion rates, interview attendance/pass rates and recruitment timescales. Ensuring the experience provided ensures that candidates move swiftly through the processes.

Work as part of team to achieve the overall objectives for the team. Maintaining focus on delivering an exceptional experience in every interaction whether it be by video interview, phone, email or text.

Take responsibility for your own development and performance, ensuring you are ready to discuss feedback as part of your regular check-ins with your line manager, welcoming opportunities to improve. Take ownership to deliver against all your individual KPIs set, proactively seeking support if you are not achieving these. Take responsibility for keeping your own knowledge up to date.

Utilize our myPerformance platform to manage your OKR's on a regular basis alongside your Line Manager. Regularly request feedback on how you are doing as well as giving feedback to the wider organization

Collaborate with internal customers to ensure process and procedures are followed and tasks completed within a timely manner, networking with key stakeholders from Central Recruitment and Support Services to ensure everything is in place in readiness for a candidate's first shift with us.

Pass leads and competitor information gained from interviews to operational colleagues and promote recommend a friend.

Measures of Success:

Delivery of department targets and all company and personal OKRs

Time from application to active employee

Adherence to all quality and regulatory standards when dealing with healthcare applications

Healthcare staff and the branch network are delighted with their experience of the Central Recruitment Team and Hub team

All staff are required to work as a team to meet the overall values and objectives of the company.

Key Interactions within the business:

Daily contact with Team Leaders, Recruitment Managers, Healthcare Recruitment Executives, Central Recruitment Team, National Head of Healthcare Recruitment, Territory staff, Central Support, online learning, Clinical Governance, healthcare staff and referees

Occasional contact - Senior Management

Qualifications:

Has 6 months experience working in BPO / RPO setting
Has at least 1 year of detailed Recruitment experience (Hiring Manager type of interview and not quick 15-minute interviews) OR
Has least 6 months experience of complex work (audit work, compliance work, work where a candidate experienced complex conversations with customers and clients wherein, they are inquiring / challenging robust data points/information)
Has end-to-end Recruitment experience (interviews, call-outs, job-offer, and onboarding)
Has done detailed interviews (equivalent of hiring manager interviews)
Has UK client experience of at least 6 months is a must; has a good knowledge of the UK Healthcare sector is a plus or preferred
