JOB TITLE: Healthcare Recruiter

RATE: Php 178.57 per hour - slightly negotiable

Work Type:

  • Remote/WFH
  • Full-time

Working Hours : 9 AM - 5:30 PM EST (Monday - Friday)

Start Date: TBD

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Candidate Sourcing & Attraction:

-Clearly communicate job openings and career opportunities via phone, email, and virtual platforms.

-Execute innovative sourcing strategies, including:

  1. Social media outreach
  2. Job boards and ATS platforms
  3. Virtual events and community outreach
  4. Partnerships with CNA schools, training programs, and local healthcare organizations

-Build, maintain, and actively manage a consistent caregiver talent pipeline.

-Ensure job postings remain accurate, competitive, and up to date across all platforms.

-Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards with accuracy, consistency, and discipline.

  • Candidate Screening & Selection:

-Conduct first-round telephone interviews with caregiver candidates.

-Assess candidate fit based on role requirements, availability, experience, and communication skills.

-Collect, track, and validate required documentation for candidates advancing to second-round interviews and onboarding.

-Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates, including:

  1. Interview confirmations
  2. No-show follow-ups
  3. Post-interview status updates

-Adapt communication style based on candidate needs while maintaining professionalism and clarity.

  • Recruitment Operations & Administration:

-Manage multiple requisitions concurrently, including application tracking, interview scheduling, and coordination of next steps.

-Answer and manage the recruiting phone line during designated business hours.

-Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical handling of candidate and client information.

-Track, analyze, and report on recruiting data and trends to continuously optimize sourcing strategies.

-Adapt quickly to changes in hiring needs, job scopes, workflows, and recruiting technologies.

  • Systems Adoption & Process Discipline:

The recruiter is expected to fully adopt and operate within all current and future core systems designated by the client, including but not limited to:

  1. WellSky
  2. Google Drive
  3. Slack
  4. Todoist (task and workflow tracking)
  5. ATS platforms such as CareerPlug or equivalent

  • Reporting & Communication Cadence:

The recruiter will provide regular, structured reporting to the client's HR leadership, including:

  1. Pipeline status and candidate flow
  2. Interview outcomes and next steps
  3. Onboarding readiness and documentation status
  4. Attendance confirmations for scheduled interviews or onboarding sessions
  5. Identified risks, bottlenecks, or trends impacting hiring

Downtime Utilization & Secondary Responsibilities:

During periods of reduced recruiting activity, the recruiter is expected to proactively transition to secondary tasks that support recruiting effectiveness and operational readiness, including:

  1. ATS and database cleanup
  2. Documentation and file organization
  3. Job posting audits and refreshes
  4. Reporting maintenance and data validation
  5. Process documentation and workflow improvements
  6. Other assigned administrative or recruiting-support activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent spoken and written English with a professional, U.S.-facing phone presence.
  • Strong communication judgment, follow-through, and candidate relationship management.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or caregiver hiring preferred but not required.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in documentation.
  • Comfort using or quickly learning online tools (Excel, Slack, ATS platforms, task managers).
  • Ability to work independently while operating within defined processes.
  • Customer-service mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
