JOB TITLE: Healthcare Recruiter
RATE: Php 178.57 per hour - slightly negotiable

Working Hours : 9 AM - 5:30 PM EST (Monday - Friday)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Clearly communicate job openings and career opportunities via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
-Execute innovative sourcing strategies, including:
-Build, maintain, and actively manage a consistent caregiver talent pipeline.
-Ensure job postings remain accurate, competitive, and up to date across all platforms.
-Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards with accuracy, consistency, and discipline.
-Conduct first-round telephone interviews with caregiver candidates.
-Assess candidate fit based on role requirements, availability, experience, and communication skills.
-Collect, track, and validate required documentation for candidates advancing to second-round interviews and onboarding.
-Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates, including:
-Adapt communication style based on candidate needs while maintaining professionalism and clarity.
-Manage multiple requisitions concurrently, including application tracking, interview scheduling, and coordination of next steps.
-Answer and manage the recruiting phone line during designated business hours.
-Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical handling of candidate and client information.
-Track, analyze, and report on recruiting data and trends to continuously optimize sourcing strategies.
-Adapt quickly to changes in hiring needs, job scopes, workflows, and recruiting technologies.

Downtime Utilization & Secondary Responsibilities:
During periods of reduced recruiting activity, the recruiter is expected to proactively transition to secondary tasks that support recruiting effectiveness and operational readiness, including:
