JOB DESCRIPTION:

YOUR ROLE


Company Nurse, reporting to the Country Head of People / HRBP. As Company Nurse, you will lead the delivery of occupational health services and frontline medical support to ensure a safe, compliant, and healthy workplace. You are accountable for administering first aid, monitoring employee health cases, ensuring regulatory compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards, and promoting preventive healthcare initiatives across the organization.

You serve as the primary medical point of contact for Allstars, supporting business continuity through proactive health management and workplace safety practices.

WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:

  • Provide immediate first aid and primary medical care for workplace-related injuries and illnesses.

  • Assess employee fitness for duty and support return-to-work clearances.

  • Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH requirements and company health policies.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with data privacy standards.

  • Coordinate Annual Physical Examinations (APE), pre-employment medical exams, and vaccination programs.

  • Monitor sick leave patterns and provide case management support for prolonged illnesses.

  • Liaise with HMO providers for approvals, benefit verification, and medical coordination.

  • Lead health awareness campaigns and wellness initiatives (e.g., lifestyle talks, mental health support, preventive care programs).

  • Support emergency preparedness initiatives and participate in safety committee activities.

  • Maintain clinic supplies, first aid kits, and emergency response readiness across facilities.

  • Prepare and submit required health-related reports to relevant government agencies when necessary.

  • Support ad hoc health and safety initiatives aligned with People Department priorities.


WHO YOU ARE:

  • A licensed Registered Nurse (PRC license required).

  • With at least 1-3 years of experience in an occupational health, corporate clinic, or hospital setting.

  • Knowledgeable in DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.

  • Preferably BOSH-trained or willing to undergo certification.

  • Strong in documentation, case monitoring, and health compliance reporting.

  • Calm, discreet, and capable of handling confidential medical information with integrity.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).

  • Proactive, service-oriented, and aligned with a people-first mindset.
