Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to engage potential and existing patients.
- Bridge communication between doctors and patients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Accurately document call details, patient information, and follow-ups in the EHR system.
- Schedule appointments efficiently while reconciling patient needs with provider availability.
- Conduct cold calls using provided leads to generate appointments and convert inquiries into sales.
- Educate patients about healthcare services and options.

Ideal Candidate
- Medical or healthcare background such as nursing, physiotherapy, or strong US healthcare experience.
- Proven experience in healthcare patient scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage patients and providers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with EHR systems is preferred.
