Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Voice)

Work Location: Quezon City

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule including weekends and holidays

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 18,000 - 20,000

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate (any course) with or without experience, OR Completed at least 2 years in college with at least 6 months of work experience
  • Above-average English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong reading comprehension
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
  • Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and customer concerns
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document interactions in internal systems
  • Meet service quality standards and performance metrics
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns
