Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Inform the patient about Medgate services, products and partner clients
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, meeting Medgate standards
Does proper triaging of patients
Handles member's medical concerns
Minimum Qualifications
At least six months work experience in a Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Center/ Customer Service, but not required.
Computer literate
Must be willing to undergo training (telemedicine program) prior to actual duty
Must be willing to work full-time on an 8-hr shifting schedule (24/7 operations)
Amenable to work in Makati City
