Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a Healthcare Business Data Analyst, supporting employee benefits and healthcare analytics initiatives. You'll analyze large datasets, manage RFP workflows, validate pricing, and deliver clear, insight-rich presentations. Your work empowers stakeholders to make informed decisions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and value throughout the benefits lifecycle.

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET

Salary: Up to PHP 90,000

What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst supporting B2B healthcare
• Proven RFP analytics experience, including data validation, pricing support, and response preparation (required)
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Advanced Excel, including intermediate formulas, data cleaning, scrubbing, and spreadsheet validation
• Extensive experience using Power BI and SQL for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation; Python experience is a strong advantage
• Comfortable completing skills-based assessments, including TestGorilla testing and hands-on Excel exercises
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and clearly present healthcare or benefits data to business and client stakeholders
• High attention to detail, with strong time management skills to handle multiple timelines and data-driven deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in explaining data insights and assumptions
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• NY State Health, Life & Accident License is a plus

Your Daily Tasks

• Gather census, claims, and plan information from current clients
• Construct precise & comprehensive presentations for clients utilizing Excel and other platforms
• Organize and submit requests to insurance carriers
• Manage RFP process including all follow-up questions and timelines
• Build relationships with carrier sales representatives
• Gain familiarity with PPACA and common industry terms and practices
